Miles got really into Trick or Treating this year. I’m pretty sure he knew how the whole thing worked, except for the when he would walk inside everyone’s house. He had a lot of fun and it was fun to take him around to see all of our neighbor friends. This year was one of the best Halloweens but I have a feeling, with this guy around, they are just going to keep getting better.

I went another year forgetting to get my picture taken. This year was a blast. Thank you Posts for hosting my favorite party of the year!

Remember this? Well, after months of moving dirt, planting, and painting I am pleased to present a slightly better looking version of our house. I am really glad that most of the work is done and I am really happy with how it came together but I’m kind of bummed that it will all be cover in leaves in a couple of weeks.

p.s. I know I still need to paint the chimney. I’m doing it this week.

Miles has been going on some fun adventures lately. These are a few recent pictures.

So, I recently thought to check out our house on Google Street View and was blown away by how wild it looked. Our house had been vacant for a few years before we got it and there was plenty of plant life to grow wild (see above). When we bought our house it was in winter so all of the foilage was dormant so we never really knew how bad it got but thanks to Google we can see what it was like. It makes more sense why our neighbors seem way stoked that we have been working on it to make it look nice. I’ll post some pics when the front is all done.

I drew these in college and forgot about them until I received a text message last night from Curtis requesting to see them one last time so he could finally have closure with MJ’s death.

If you can’t tell they are potential senarios of what might be going on with the half of MJ you can’t see on the Thriller cover.
