Merry Shredmas

Saturday, December 23rd, 2006

Yesterday was spent at Snowbird with friends instead of at work (for some reason Maeve opted to work). We had a sweet crew with a couple of out-of-towners that I don’t get to see enough. The friends were James, Andrew, Andrew’s brother Markus, Josh Russell, Christy Baugh, Dusty, and a dude named Sheraden who forgot his gloves and toughed it with some Isotoners (and it was super cold). It was cold and icey and you couldn’t really see too much but there was plenty of shredding to be had.

The Crew

Snowbird totally blew my mind with a new quad that goes almost to the top of Chip’s and a tunnel through the mountian that takes you to Mineral Basin. There is a conveyer belt in the tunnel that you just stand on and it takes you to the other side of the mountian, talk about a modern marvel.

Orange County Choppers

Monday, December 18th, 2006

For some reason, one of our vendors had Orange County Choppers make them a bike. Check it out here (go to screen two and its the Reeve Chopper). They brought it by FanklinCovey last week and we got to check it out. Even though the dude that brought it by didn’t even take it out of the trailer it was still pretty sweet to see.

I felt that sitting on one of their bikes was proper retribution for the hours wasted watching boring morons build tacky motorcycles (which for some reason is incredibly entertaining).

Thanks to Ryan for taking some pictures.

Its Brads birthday today. He turns the big 27. We were looking through Brads picture book last night and I thought these pictures were too cute.

Happy Birthday Brad.

Carly’s Engaged

Thursday, December 7th, 2006

Just in case you didn’t know, Carly is engaged to get married to Oliver. They are getting married on December 26th (not a typo) and this will be our third sibling to get married this year (not a typo). This is fairly old news by now but the wedding announcements that Maeve designed are hot off the press.

Here they are. Check out how talented Maeve is.

Carly and Oliver's Annoucement

Congratulations Carly and Oliver.

The Most Married Thing You Can Do

Eating pizza at Costco while standing, on a Friday night.

Top that.
